Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt

  • 5 Almonds

  • 1 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup (or honey, maple syrup, whatever you like and have)

  • Raw Organic Cacao Butter or you can use MCT Coconut Oil (it’s yum)

  • Cinnamon and add a Cinnamon stick if you want (not necessary)

  • If you want your smoothie thinner you can add almond or coconut milk or normal milk.

Buzz that baby together! You’ll go bananas.
